Whats in my bag (Chronically ill style)

Hey guys! Hope you're all doing fantastically, I thought I'd do a ''Whats in my bag'' style post, with a chronically ill style spin! I'm just a really nosy kinda gal, so I enjoy reading these posts! If you've done one, drop me a link and I'll come check it out! Without further a-do, here's the juicy content :D


This is my WW bag, I love it because it goes over my body when I'm in my wheelchair, the straps are thick and it has lots of places to hide things away ;)


So when you have an Assistance Dog, you need to take treats everywhere you go. I love this treat pouch because it draw-strings closed and clips onto my bag keeping the treats fresh. 


This is my Epi kit it's a cute pencil case from WHSmiths and my prescribed rescue medication and epinephrine pen. I also keep a note pad inside to mark down my symptoms and where I was etc.


Next is my wallet and keys. My wallet was given to my by a friend of mine, so I don't know where it came from etc. I've built up my geekey rings over time, various trips and such 

Aside from two lipsticks and a hair tie that's everything in my bag! What do you put in yours?

It's a big world out there!

Hey all! It's a big world out there, don't you know? I decided to mix things up a little, following on from my post on Spoonie Central Beauty blog, I had to change. We all do eventually, and this blog is a testament to my change. People can change in all kinds of ways, when I was with my ex I lost so much of myself. I'm slowly regaining that, and I find that I want to write more, to inspire more, and on a broader range of topics in conjunction with Chronic Illness (and my obsession with cucpakes and pink of course!). It's funny, because I used to be terrified of change; I cried when my parents moved the sofas! But now? Now I'm choosing to embrace every second of it, don't get me wrong sometimes it still throws me through a loop. Point is, I'm getting there and I'm working on it! I have a beautiful dog, I am safely home with my family and have a wonderful partner who helps me remember how lucky I am every single day! Q: Why did you change the name?...

Flare ups

Hello darlings, As some of you may have noticed, I hadn't posted in a while. I've been having a seriously rough go of it, no idea why until yesterday. I have direly low Iron, Folate and Vitamin D. No wonder I was feeling so rough. But as I was laying in bed, trying to rest and feeling nothing but restless, it felt like this was never ending. My new normal, and I started to get depressed. Let me tell you something, nothing was brining me joy at this point. But I involved myself in activity after activity trying to find something to bring me out of it. It was possibly the best thing I could have done, because at my lowest I - ~ Agreed to be the east herts representative for EDSUK.
